These Contract Conditions regulate the use of the www.knxsimulator.com online shop, whose legal responsible is Knxsimulator, S.L., henceforth, Knx simulator. Prices are shown in Euros. Knx Simulator is not obliged to provide services (even though confirmation has been sent) if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by the customer as incorrect price.

It will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on our service, as it is a digital product, when the first access (login) has been made from the downloadable software.
If the first access (login) has not been made and you wish to cancel the purchase, always sooner than the first 14 days after the purchase, you can send us by post or email the following document of withdrawal.
The refund of the purchase amount will be done once the status of the contract has been checked, by means of bank transfer to the bank account which will be indicated by the customer, in any case, sooner than 14 days after the reliable receipt of the withdrawal request.
